SMS Communication Promotional Text Messages Policy
By placing an order with Studio 92 Hair, you consent to receive SMS (text) communications related to your order. This includes, but is not limited to, order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, and customer service inquiries. In addition, by completing your purchase, you agree to receive promotional text messages from Studio 92 Hair, which may include special offers, product promotions, upcoming events, and other marketing materials.
You can opt out of receiving promotional text messages at any time by replying with the word "STOP" to any message. If you choose to opt out, you will no longer receive promotional messages, but you will still receive necessary order-related communications. Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
By providing your phone number and completing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept that your phone number will be used for these purposes in accordance with this policy.
SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in Studio 92 Hair's mobile messaging program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the "Agreement"). By opting into or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the "Dispute Resolution" section below. This Agreement applies solely to the program and does not alter any other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern your relationship with us in other contexts.
The Program allows you to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting in, such as through online or application-based forms. Regardless of how you enroll, this Agreement governs your participation in the Program. By opting in, you consent to receive automated or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you acknowledge that consent is not required to make any purchase from Studio 92 Hair. While you agree to receive messages sent using an autodialer, this does not suggest or imply that all of our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system ("ATDS" or "autodialer").
If you no longer wish to participate in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, simply reply STOP to any mobile text message from us to opt out of the Program. You may receive a confirmation message that you have successfully opted out. These are the only reasonable methods for opting out, and requests made through alternative means such as texting other words or verbally asking a team member to remove you from the list will not be considered valid.
Message frequency varies, and participation in the Program may involve recurring messages. Additional mobile messages may be sent based on your interactions with us.
To participate, you must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging.

Your privacy is extremely important to us at Studio 92 Hair. The information you provide through the Program will only be used to transmit mobile messages and respond to you when necessary. This may include sharing information with platform providers, phone carriers, and other vendors who assist us in delivering mobile messages.
WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY.
However, we reserve the right to disclose information when necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights and property. When you complete forms online or provide information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name you are not authorized to use. If, in our sole discretion, we believe any information provided is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, we may deny access to the Program and pursue any necessary legal remedies.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 and The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 allow users who are California or European Union residents to request information about the disclosure of information provided through the Program to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
