Returns and Exchanges
Usage and Non-Refundable Policy:
Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, Studio 92 Hair cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any hair extensions that have been worn, altered, or used in any manner. This includes, but is not limited to, hair that has been removed from its original packaging, washed, styled, cut, colored, or otherwise modified.
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and recommend that customers carefully inspect their hair extensions upon receipt to ensure they meet expectations before use.
By purchasing our products, you agree to this usage and non-refundable policy. Studio 92 Hair reserves the right to refuse any refund or return requests that do not comply with this policy.
General Policy
Studio 92 Hair, LLC does not exchange or return ANY item unless the company itself has sent the wrong product. If you experience the receipt of the wrong purchase item, please send an email to:
Info@studio92hair.com, with photos of the order, a copy of your receipt, and an explanations of what items were incorrectly sent.
Studio 92 Hair, LLC will only accept a submission for the incorrect product within three (3) days of the delivery date of the product.
Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will not accept under any circumstance.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund does not show as posted to your bank account within three business days, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Studio 92 Hair, LLC does NOT exchange any products under any circumstance.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, if your items fit our Return Policy. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Return Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
