Shipping Policy
Shipping is FREE for all addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. For International Orders, please view our International Shipping Policy.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed immediately, and shipped within 3 business days of the placement of your order. You should receive your order within 6 business days after you place your order or sooner. UNLESS you book and receive your hair from a Hairstylist at which the Hairstylist will ship at their discretion.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
Studio 92 Hair, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Orders can take up to 10 business days to process and be shipped.
